Our friends-Billy, Brenda and Jacob leave for Uganda on Monday, October 2nd. That's tomorrow!! We are so thrilled that they are going to experience Ugandan life--the sights, smells and daily life of the people there.
They are going on a survey trip to Fort Portal, Uganda to see if mission work is a possibility for them. They will be spending time with the Cash family and learning about the ministry that is currently happening.
Please pray for our friends--for safety on the flight and while they are driving in Uganda, for peace of mind and heart, for Jacob to stay healthy (and his mommy & daddy too!), for the relationship(s) that will be forming between the Cashes and McKenzies, and that God will use all of them to serve in His name for this month while the McKenzies are there.
If you are reading this, my dear friends, know that I LOVE YOU SO MUCH and I am PRAYING FOR YOU everyday!!

I'm sad that we didn't get to see them while we were in Portland. It was so good to see you. Hopefully we'll get to see you again soon.. this time we'll have to hang out longer.
I didn't know they were going to Uganda. It's nice to see your blog Aimee, thanks for checking mine out too... and for sending us a fundraising letter. I am excited for you guys. Keep blogging!
